The 2013 Rules Committee wull consist of last years volunteers and the new officers. Should you like to see an existing rule changed or perhaps add a new rule please send your proposal along with a supporting sentence or two to the Rules Committee
All rule change requests along with the committee vote tally will be logged on this page. The comments section is open for registered users and will be initially monitored to make sure comments remain professional.
The rules document with the new changes from 2012 season will be posted as soon as it is updated. Looking for volunteers to clean up the document.

This request was received by the ruling committee on Friday May 25th as follows.
I would like the new rule to state
A sub’s score will count on position night provided the following conditions are met:
If a substitute has a current established average with a minimum history of 5 scores they will be allowed to sub on position night and have their score count. A new player will need to have subbed 3 times during the current season prior to position night for their score to count on position night.
The committee voted 6 to 3 in favor of the rule change.
